Karen McAllister

Karen McAllister brings a wealth of wisdom as Clear Sky’s Chair of the Board and Director of Business Development. She founded The Mindful Money Coach and has helped hundreds of people better integrate and align their spiritual path and relationship with money. Her passion lies in nurturing spaces, structure, and communication to support awakening in everyday life. With her decades of spiritual leadership, Karen gently guides participants to uncover their innate wisdom and clarity.

Duncan Cryle

Duncan Cryle is a co-founding member of Clear Sky Center, Dharma teacher, and certified mindfulness instructor. He blends years of co-creating Clear Sky’s conscious community and dynamic team, with an international executive career. He has created and run mindfulness programs at major companies, including one of the creators of the IBM mindfulness community.  Duncan’s compassionate and holistic approach invites participants to weave spiritual growth seamlessly into their lives, making profound insights accessible and transformative.
