More than ever, working in the healthcare field means heavy work loads, cumbersome bureaucratic systems, and increasingly complex clients.  In order to meet these new challenges, you are looking for ways to feel grounded and nourished so that you connect to the passion you have for the work.

This course gives you the opportunity to connect with others who understand the trauma and stress of the work you do.  Grasp this opportunity to remember, rekindle and strengthen the fire you have for your work. Even when your work feels like you’re just putting out fires we will help you make lasting positive shifts.  Working with people demands our best creativity and flexibility.  We will help you be proactive rather than reactive  by building on your natural capabilities and developing new areas for growth. We will demonstrate and practice how to realign with the why that brought you to the work you do.  Discover how to ensure your work continues feeding you in healthy and positive ways.
