This course gives you the opportunity to connect with others who understand the trauma and stress of the work you do. Grasp this opportunity to remember, rekindle and strengthen the fire you have for your work. Even when your work feels like you’re just putting out fires we will help you make lasting positive shifts. Working with people demands our best creativity and flexibility. We will help you be proactive rather than reactive by building on your natural capabilities and developing new areas for growth. We will demonstrate and practice how to realign with the why that brought you to the work you do. Discover how to ensure your work continues feeding you in healthy and positive ways.

- To clearly acknowledge the suffering in ourselves and the world while not being subsumed by it.
- To become more aware of our inner views and habits that we keep in place even as we say we want to change and grow.
- To decrease our unconscious reactions which drive our thinking and behaviour.
