Healing Body, Speech and Mind
Thursdays 7-8.15 pm MT Aug 27 to Sep 17; In Person in Cranbrook and Online via Zoom
Are you feeling out of touch with your body? Carrying tensions you can’t quite name? Struggling to express what you really feel—or even to know what you feel?
In these distracted, fragmented times—with too much screen time, too many demands, and not enough space—it’s easy to become disconnected. Our bodies hold stress we don’t notice. Our emotions go unexpressed. And underneath it all, unconscious beliefs quietly shape how we live.
Join us for a four-week evening series exploring a gentle, organic pathway to healing—moving from body, through emotions, to the deepest patterns of the mind.
No experience necessary—complete beginners welcome.
The Journey
Week 1: Healing the Body
It’s easy to live from the neck up. Our bodies carry the tension of our lives—stress, posture, rushing, worry—often without us realising. This first session invites us to come home to the body. Through simple, grounded practices, we’ll learn to reconnect with physical sensation, release what we’re holding, and rediscover the body as a place of refuge rather than something to manage.
Week 2: Healing Speech (Emotions)
Once we feel more settled in our bodies, we have space for what lives beneath the surface. Many of us were never taught how to acknowledge, process, or communicate our emotions. This session offers gentle approaches to emotional clearing and healing—inviting both deep honesty and self-compassion. We’ll explore how to feel fully without being overwhelmed, and how to allow acceptance where there has been resistance.
Week 3: Healing the Mind (Beliefs)
When our emotions become more peaceful, we can begin to see the deeper patterns—the mental views and beliefs that drive our stress and keep us stuck. Many of these are only partly conscious. This session brings gentle, penetrating awareness to these hidden structures, creating space for more liberating and life-giving beliefs to emerge.
Week 4: Integration and Practice
In our final session, we bring the three dimensions together. We’ll review the practices, address questions, and explore how to carry this healing work into daily life—not as a project to complete, but as an ongoing relationship with body, heart, and mind.
