What you can expect

This two-day retreat is an opportunity to unplug from your devices and rejuvenate in nature while being guided in sense-based meditations. Through the profound exploration of the senses we learn to be more conscious, slow down and taste the beauty of what life is meant to be for each of us. Perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow at Clear Sky Retreat Center, or you want to connect with your inner wisdom or gain sustainable skills for living well – if any of these scenarios apply to you, come and join us!

As local meditation teachers and counsellors we embrace the complexity of modern life and see the benefit of combining our passions. You may know us as counsellors through our private practice business Alive Mindfully. You may have meditated with us at Meditation Circle or Start Your Morning with Calm. We are offering Come to Your Senses, a two day residential retreat, as meditation teachers with Clear Sky Retreat Center. However you know us, or if we haven’t met before, we welcome you to join us in exploring nature, the senses and Clear Sky.

In this retreat we will be giving you a taste of Clear Sky’s 5 principles which are designed specifically to support you to live in health and integrity.

This weekend we invite focused attention, sincerity and aspiration thereby honoring the space we inhabit and our time together. The carefully crafted structure and routine of this weekend will create a health-focused retreat, in a space beyond words in which we can relax.

Starting when you first arrive we will gently and skillfully guide you into a weekend retreat community focused on health, inner peace and respect. Using thoughtful communication we will shape the space where we meet. You may be amazed at how being in a room with other people who are disciplined in their speech can create a healthy resonance in your being.

Being present in the moment with our senses means we are focused, calm, and concentrated. This frees up energy and affords us the opportunity to clean up big areas of our life, which in turn frees up more energy.

Together we will support each other in this powerful opportunity to unwind and reconnect with our essential human birthright of joy and compassion.

Join us for this two day residential retreat and discover the power of meditation in nature with others.
