Life is busy. Every day your senses are bombarded with a constant stream of incoming data as you face the demands of work, family, finances and health. While navigating through life’s daily challenges it can be difficult to pause and take a breath, to smell the roses, to rest in the moment. Join this one day online retreat and develop deep mindfulness practices to stay grounded in the midst of life’s busyness.
We are delighted to share this course that is being offered in collaboration with our friends at Alive Mindfully.
Whether you work in the healthcare field or the business world.
Whether you are self-employed or work in a large organization.
Whether you are part of a family or are living alone.
If you want to learn skills to be sustained and nurtured in the work you do, this one day, 7 hour online retreat is for you. In one day you will learn how to release tension in your system and gain calm through focused concentration.
What you can expect
In this course you will:
Learn ancient and effective practices that use the senses of taste, touch, sight and sound to develop calm and focus. These are practices you can use anywhere to tune into your senses and develop Deep Mindfulness.
Practice with others who share similar concerns and challenges and who also want to stay centered within themselves.
Become more aware of how to maintain health and wellbeing in yourself even in the midst of life’s busyness.
