Alive Mindfully

If the ever increasing stresses and demands of our modern world have you feeling that you are just coping with life, rather than living it, then Beyond Coping is the course for you.   While managing the daily challenges it can be easy to lose sight of your deeper goals and it can be difficult to feel rejuvenated and connected to the passion you have for your work and life.

Beyond Coping gives you the opportunity to connect with others who want to find a balance between life’s demands and their personal vision.  Take this opportunity to ground and strengthen yourself while creating a new way to engage with life that is sustaining and generative.

In this course you will learn Buddhist wisdom teachings on living a wholesome and awakening life.  You will explore how to develop wholesome conduct, meditation and wisdom practices, to ground and guide you.  You will learn simple and sustainable meditation practices that will help you to be centered in the midst of whatever you are doing.

We are delighted to share that this course is being offered in collaboration with our friends at Alive Mindfully.
