Alive Mindfully

Healthcare work is challenging – the Covid pandemic, heavy work loads, cumbersome systems and increasingly complex clients. While managing the daily challenges it can be difficult to feel rejuvenated and connected to the passion you have for your work.

We are delighted to share that this course is being offered in collaboration with our friends at Alive Mindfully.

Beyond Coping gives you the opportunity to connect with healthcare workers who understand the daily challenges and stresses of the work you do. Take this opportunity to ground, remember, rekindle and strengthen the fire you have for your work.

In this course you will explore the deeper reasons that you are both enlivened and challenged in your work. You will learn simple and sustainable mindfulness tools to leverage your natural capabilities developing new areas of growth. You will discover how to remain committed to work you do in a way that is sustaining and nurturing.
