DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness and beyond: a three-month internship\, learning and serving in a conscious community\nOne of Clear Sky’s primary purposes is to be a container for the discipline of Karma Yoga. \nThis ancient practice offers great opportunities for insights and new levels of personal freedom. \n\nWhat is Karma Yoga?\nEssentially\, we define Karma Yoga as training in mindfulness through action. Clear Sky is a modern-day working monastery\, and if you spend time here\, you will be training in Karma Yoga through all the activities it takes to run the center. \nIf you are accepted into the program\, you will participate in the general running of the center’s activities and programs.
