Though located in Canada, the Clear Sky Meditation and Study Foundation can provide a U.S. charitable receipt for donations of US$1000 and over, making your donations of US$1000 or more tax deductible.
In order for a US donor to receive a US tax receipt they actually have to contribute to Tides Foundation (US) in San Francisco. Tides US can only accept gifts by check or securities.
Any contributions received via PayPal account and forwarded on would not be eligible for a tax receipt.
